...we look forward to her visits and miss her if she doesn't come for a day or two.
With winter coming, she's stuffing her cheek pouches...I do feel like she's become one of our pets!
Today I was able to film a short video of her moving towards some seeds I put down for her...you can see how she uses the remaining part of her arm...(if you receive this via email, you may need to go to liseslogcabinlife to see the video).
Fascinating, isn't she? Welcome to the family Onearm!
Thanks for reading my blog, you are the best f/f/r/s/f's, see you tomorrow,
Lise

That's so touching. I wonder how she lost her arm. She'll be your friend for life now.
Lise I just love Onearm. We also have Liddle Buddy, our red squirrel. You live in a wonderful place.
Audrey - your up the road neighbor.
Thanks for the video of Onearm...was that the creek I heard in the background? Hugs!
It is really hard for injured animals to survive in nature. I am sure you help is making her life a lot easier. - Margy
Thanks Susie, we often wonder the same thing, but she has recovered beautifully!
Thanks for stopping by Audrey (both the blog and the cabin!)...can't wait to hear more about Liddle Buddy...they are cute!
That would be the creek dad, funny, I'm so used to it, I didn't really hear it in the video, thanks for pointing it out! hugs back:)
Margy, Onearm seems to be doing quite well, with or without our help...I saw her in one of the feeders way in the front of the yard, a place I've never seen her before!
