Celebrating Pumpkintown
We went to a pot luck luncheon sponsored by the Jackson County Cooperative Extension today to celebrate Pumpkintown's Community Development work for the last year. It was a great day of recognizing how Pumpkintown, along with the Caney Fork, Norton and Balsam communities, build quality communities. You can click here to learn more about Pumpkintown. For a reason that escapes me, I didn't take any pictures at the event, though several other did... Congratulations to all the Community Development clubs honored today...I'm proud to live in Pumpkintown!
I did take pictures of these beautiful grasses blowing in the breeze...
...they have nothing to do with the celebration today, but I thought worth sharing. I can imagine myself laying in a hammock listening to the grasses brushing against each other with the creek in the background, just lazing on a fall day...how 'bout you?
Thanks for reading my blog, you are the best f/f/r/s/f's, see you tomorrow,
Lise
