Good Times!

We had a great evening last night, good friends, good wine, good food, good times!  And I tell you the Old Fashioned Pumpkin Pie was awesome!  I definitely recommend you try it, far better than canned pumpkin pie...I think you'll like it!  This is the Tourtière I made...really delicious (and looks rustic & artistic, doesn't it?)

Today we have our friends Darin, Tia and their daughter Zoe coming from Florida for a visit.  Tia has never seen the mountains, so this trip should be a real adventure for her. I am making Pot-de-chenois (sounds like puh-teh-sheen-wa and I don't know how to spell it in French, another traditional family meal...I'll tell you all about it tomorrow!)

Funny how visitors come in bunches!
