Happy Fourth of July!
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."But what is so amazing to me is that there was a point in time where we, a united people, living in these states, could agree that what was happening to us was unacceptable. And in a peaceful manner, jointly said enough is enough. The Declaration lists the objections to the current oppressive conditions, and further states:
"To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world."and continues to list the facts leading to the conclusion of unacceptable "absolute Tyranny" which ultimately led to our Independence.
I hope that we, the people of the United States of America, can find this unity as a nation once again.

Happy Fourth of July to you and Mountain Man! Three months ago, you two declared your independance from everyday life. You are fortunate and I know grateful.
